Maria Nguyen
B.D.S. Sydney University. Member of Australian Dental Association (ADA) since 1997Maria graduated from the University of Sydney in 1996. After working a few years in Canberra and Penrith, she joined Michael Salter’s practice in Camden late 1998 and since then has become an integral member of that highly efficient and effective dental team. From Oct 2023, Maria has taken over as principal dentist of the practice.Through her long career, Maria has experience in all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interest in restorative dentistry, cosmetics and endodontics. Gentleness, devotion, patience, efficiency, thoroughness are her hallmarks over the years. Maria loves to share her dental knowledge and experience with her patients and always promotes the importance of preventive dentistry. Being a mother of three children, Maria knows how to put her young patients at ease in the dental chair.To provide the best possible service and advice to patients, Maria always keeps her dental knowledge up to date through numerous professional development courses provided by ADA. She is proud to have served patients from all areas in and around Camden, Campbelltown, Narellan, Picton, even as far as Bowral and the south coast in the last 20 years.Maria loves to travel and experience different cultures around the world.
Michael Salter
Michael had been practising dentistry in the Macarthur District since 1975, firstly in Campbelltown and since 1990 in Camden. Michael had been principal of this practice until late 2023, when he handed over the reign to his associate of 25 years, Maria Nguyen, and transitioned into a well deserved retirement.
